Eggrolls in the Sukkah

Friday was the 2nd anniversary of our first NYC Pop Up Foodie Shabbat event - "Shabbat In The Sukkah." Last year we had 45 people, and this year we had almost double that with about 88 people who came to eat, drink and be awesome in an outdoor garden on the UES.

For this year's menu, we decided to mix it up and go with an Asian menu--cause Jews and Chinese food is a shidduch (match) made in heaven! We had delicious, hand-rolled Egg Rolls (see right), Chicken Stir Fry, Veggie Fried Rice, plus Sweet Sticky Rice for dessert. Yum!
