Erev Christmas Cook Along
Join us for Erev Christmas as Chef Jon of J2Food leads us in an interactive cook along where we'll be making homemade dumplings and egg rolls for a traditional Jewish Christmas!
We'll be sending out the Zoom info, ingredient list, and recipes so you can cook along with the chef, and also ask any questions you have about the recipes, cooking in general, or why (so many) Jews eat Chinese food at Christmas.

Jonathan Hartig is the Executive Chef and owner of J2Food. a boutique, kosher catering company based in NYC that has also worked with clients throughout the metropolitan area as well as Philadelphia, and Washington, DC.
Not only does Chef Jon curate and cook J2Food's various menus on a daily basis, but he has also worked extensively a private chef for personal and corporate events, a food educator for peer-led retreats, hosted a "Pop Up Foodie Shabbat" dinner series that caters to young Jewish professionals throughout New York City, as well as taught intimate and group cooking classes for both culinary novices and experienced cooks.
Since the beginning of the pandemic, J2Food has pivoted to also focus on Individual and Family-Sized Meal Delivery, with a weekly menu that highlights seasonal ingredients and fresh flavors, as well as recording a series of instructional cooking videos called: "Cooking Under Quarantine."
